Manhole damper can be selected according to different conditions of sealing gaskets

The manhole damper mainly depends on the pressure, diameter, temperature and type of the flange sealing surface. According to the new HG standard, there are several types of sealing gaskets to choose:

1, rubber gasket: nominal pressure <=1.6MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <200 degrees, sealing surface type: protrusive, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, full plane, flange type: various types

2, asbestos rubber plate: nominal pressure <=2.5MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <300 degrees, sealing surface type: sudden surface, concave/convex surface, tenon/groove surface, full plane, flange type: various types

3, non-asbestos fiber rubber plate: nominal pressure <=4.0MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <290 degrees, sealing surface type: sudden surface, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, full plane, flange type: various types

4, polytetrafluoroethylene: nominal pressure <=1.6MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <100 degrees, sealing surface type: sudden surface, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, full plane, flange type: various types

5, expansion or filling modified polytetrafluoroethylene or belt: nominal pressure <=4.0MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <200 degrees, sealing surface type: protrusive, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, full plane, flange type: various types

6, enhanced flexible graphite plate: nominal pressure 1.0~6.3MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <650 degrees, sealing surface type: protrusive, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, flange type: various types

7, high temperature mica composite plate: nominal pressure 1.0~6.3MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature <900 degrees, sealing surface type: protrusive, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, flange type: various types

8, polytetrafluoroethylene coated pad: nominal pressure 0.6~4.0MPa, diameter =10~600mm, the use of temperature <150 degrees, sealing surface type: sudden surface, flange type: various types

9, winding pad: nominal pressure 1.6~16.0MPa, diameter =10~2000mm, the use of temperature: according to different composition materials, sealing surface type: convex, concave/convex, tenon/groove surface, flange type: with neck flat welding/butt welding, whole, socket welding, flange cover

12, metal ring pad: nominal pressure 6.3~16.0MPa, diameter =10~400mm, use temperature: 700 degrees, sealing surface type: ring connection surface, flange type: with neck butt welding, whole, flange cover
