The design of the labor-saving device for opening the reactor cover can reduce the technical problem of too few feeding holes
2025-08-06 09:07:36

Reactors are crucial equipment in the chemical production industry and, as such, are widely used within the chemical industry. Conventional reactors often utilize access to other equipment, access points, and material feed holes through the reactor lid. These include manholes for entering and exiting the reactor, observation holes for observing the reactor, condensation holes for connecting to the condenser, and feed holes for feeding materials into the reactor. Consequently, chemical industry reactor lids often feature numerous holes beyond those used for feeding materials. Conventional reactor lids typically only have a single feed hole. Since new monomer chemicals or additives must be continuously added to the reactor during chemical reactions, particularly when both oxidants and reducing agents are required, this type of feed hole is extremely inconvenient and can sometimes cause problems for reactions requiring multiple monomer chemicals.

To overcome the technical problem of too few feed holes in conventional reactor lids, a novel, labor-saving device for opening the reactor lid is provided. The reactor lid-opening labor-saving device includes a lid body connected to the reactor. The lid body includes a manhole for entering and exiting the reactor, a sight hole for observing the reactor, a condensation hole connected to the condenser, and a feed hole for feeding materials into the reactor. The feed holes are at least two. By providing multiple feed holes on the reactor lid-opening labor-saving device, multiple chemical reaction substances or additives can be simultaneously fed into the reactor through different feed holes.
